This was an especially sweet and well-written oneshot. I really liked that you went out of your way to explore a facet of Michael’s personality (empathy and humanitarianism) that wouldn’t surface in the public eye until the eighties. And in the same breath, you managed to convey, at the very least, a respectfully-handled piece of the complicated and often-controlling relationship between Michael and his father. Converting both aspects of Michael’s life through something as small (but not worthless) as a $50 bill is utterly brilliant. Phenomenal work!

Now this was truly truly beautiful, I can see something like this really happening. This really did well at showing the kind, giving, selfless heart he always had. You do well at story telling, I felt my stomach drop when Joseph told him to give him the fifty lol. I enjoyed this very much! Again, really superb writing.

Your story is truely beautiful! It is so touching! And also I think it is realistic because that something I believe Michael would do if he had the chance.

Michael is truely a gifl from heaven. He is one of those few people in the world who remind us how to love and care about each other. It is not that I think Michael is perfect. He has his mistakes and demerits. But I believe he has the most beautiful heart!
