I think Lisa doesn't care lol. Michael stays with her because he is used to her presence. You know some people stay together because they don't want to be lonely. Now the case is I'm not a fan of Lisa and yada yada, but when Michael and Jill did their affair the only picture i had in mind is the crying Lisa. I felt bad and i don't even know why.
