Yes Michael did He definatly did, But if you recall in the very begining Michael Reads people and sees weather he can or can't manipulate them or not, Lisa herself said it in the oprah interview
between the 2 and 3 minute markshe talks about how he was manipulative she may go into it more as it goes on but that the bases He did THAT to her for real he was VERY manipulative

I thought that was clear she did that on purpose the diapham coming into play means that she was expecting sex but wasn't trying to get pregant by him and maybe she wasn't cern maybe even she has sliped up a few times on that one,
and look at it like this if Lisa could have made sure the marriage was legal before she gave birth if the baby survied if they were legally marred michael would have been legally obligated to take care of the kid or suport at least until it was DNA test done
simple Michael has Money to do it and Danny didn't
