Michael Jackson is at the height of his career. His new album, Thriller, is selling well, and his popularity has grown a significant amount.
Michael is grateful for his fame and adoring fans, but he's still unhappy. He's just a regular guy, but now one sees him as one, even his own family is a bit starstricken by him.
On one of his outings, Michael meets a girl. A girl who makes him feel like he isn't just some star, but a real person. Someone who really likes him for him.
They're the best of friends, but as time goes on, Michael begins to develop some unexplainable feelings for her.
