I have always been a Michael Jackson fan since birth. The first song I ever heard was Billie Jean and to this day that is my favorite song of all time. I live in his memory and will honor and cherish him until my last breath. My work is an interpretation of how I see and love him and I hope that it shines through with every chapter you read of mine.

Maddie Samuels has always been a fighter. She grew up fighting, and the only one who she could count on to protect her got killed in a motorcycle wreck. She ended up badly beating the one who caused it and now has to do community service, cleaning a dance studio five afternoons a week.
Michael Jackson owns the dance studio, and sees a passion in Maddie that can be channeled into something different than anger. He soon finds that he wants to do more than help her with her anger. He wants to help her learn that it's okay to depend on someone to be there when things gets bad. And what scares him the most is that HE wants to be that someone.
